You can easily create the structure for your price list by adding price list elements. They function like templates for your markets, categories, items, taxes, and other price list details that you want your organization to use. While you can use these elements, they are not required to publish a price list.
Before you add price list elements, keep in mind that any custom categories or items that you previously added will be overwritten by the price list elements.
1. Go to
your company account settings by clicking your company name .
2. Click Import Xactware Price List Elements.
3. Click Continue. Other users will be locked out of the Price List Editor until the elements are done importing.
Once the elements are done importing, link your markets to existing Xactware price list areas, and then you can begin customizing the price list elements to fit your needs.
To remove, click Remove Xactware Price
List Elements on your account . This option
will only be available if you have previously imported Xactware price
list elements.
Deleting the Xactware elements will change elements in your custom price list that reference the deleted elements. The Price List Editor will be locked during the deletion.
