Add a Market

In a price list, the market is a geographical region where prices are fairly constant. In your custom price list, you have complete control over your markets. You can use whatever code makes sense for your team. Your markets can be industry specific or large geographic areas. You could have one market in Paris, France for roofing, and another for drywall. It all depends on you, your company, and how you want to use your price lists.

Create a new market

1.   Click  Market Pricing on the left menu.

2.   Click Add. 

3.   Enter the market code and description. If you have already imported price list elements, select the Xactware market you would like to link to.

4.   Click Save. 

Link a custom market to an Xactware price list area

After you import price list elements, you can link your market to an Xactware price list area.

1.   Click  Market Pricing on the left menu.

2.   Select the market you would like to link.

3.   Under Linked Xactware Market, enter or select the price list area.

4.   Click Save.
